1 User Agreement and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between the user ("you") and euwin ("Platform", "us"). This Agreement governs the use of the euwin website, all gaming services, payment systems and promotions offered by this platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit or using any part of the euwin platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required not to use the platform.

euwin operates under international licensing and complies with recognised online gaming industry standards. Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be resolved at the absolute discretion of euwin, unless otherwise stated by the relevant regulatory body.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the euwin platform, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Aged 21 years or older at the date of registration.
• Registering as a private individual, not on behalf of a company or business entity.
• Providing complete, accurate and current personal information during the registration process.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts the use of online gaming platforms.
• Not having had an account previously closed or suspended by euwin for fraud or prior breach of terms.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account. Users found to hold more than one account will be subject to immediate account closure and all funds in those accounts may be forfeited without prior notice.

During the identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer), euwin reserves the right to request copies of identity documents such as a valid MyKad or passport. This process is mandatory before any first withdrawal is approved.

3 User Responsibilities

Each user is fully responsible for all activities carried out through their account. This responsibility includes but is not limited to:

• Keeping the password and login information for the euwin account confidential.
• Ensuring no third party uses your account without your permission.
• Reporting any unauthorised access to the euwin support team immediately.
• Not using any automation software, bots, scripts or technical tools intended to manipulate games or the platform's systems.
• Not engaging in collusion, fraud or any form of manipulation with other players.
• Placing bets using legitimate funds and not proceeds from unlawful activities.

Users also agree not to use the euwin platform for money laundering or for financing any activity that contravenes Malaysian or international law. euwin reserves the right to report any suspected activity to the relevant authorities.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

euwin provides a range of payment methods suited for Malaysian users. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Usually between 10 to 45 minutes after the request is approved.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name. euwin does not accept third-party payments. Any attempt to make a payment through another person's account will result in that transaction being rejected.

euwin does not charge any transaction fees for standard deposits. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges that are outside euwin's control.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

euwin offers a range of bonus deals to new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before a bonus withdrawal is approved.

Welcome Bonus: The first deposit is eligible for a bonus of 100% up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement is set at 15 times the bonus amount received.

• Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering required is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500.
• Example: Deposit RM1,200 → bonus RM500 → balance RM1,700 → wagering required is RM500 × 15 = RM7,500.

VIP Programme: Active euwin users are eligible to join the VIP loyalty programme consisting of five (5) tiers, namely Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Progress through VIP tiers depends on the user's activity and consistency of play. euwin reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time with prior notice to users.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the euwin platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and fishing games, are subject to their respective specific game rules. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets.

The results of all casino games are generated by a random number generator (RNG) that has been verified and certified by an independent body. These results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is strong evidence of a technical system failure.

• In the event of a technical failure or server disruption during a game, euwin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the user.
• Winnings obtained through any technical glitch or system error are void and will not be paid out.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user.

For sports betting, all odds displayed are valid at the time the user places a bet. Any change in odds after a bet is confirmed will not affect the value of that bet.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

euwin reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so, including:

• Violation of any terms in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Ownership of more than one account.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• A closure request by the user for personal reasons or responsible gambling.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the euwin support team via live chat or email. All valid remaining balances will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete.

8 Limitation of Liability

euwin is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using this platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game or betting outcomes.
• Service disruption due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence in protecting their password.
• Any damage to a user's device resulting from use of the platform.

euwin's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

9 Privacy Policy and Data Protection

The collection, processing, and storage of users' personal data is carried out in accordance with euwin's separate Privacy Policy. Users hereby give consent to euwin to process their personal information for the purposes of:

• Identity verification and compliance with KYC requirements.
• Processing secure financial transactions.
• Delivering customer support services.
• Sending euwin-related promotional information (with the option to unsubscribe).
• Meeting legal and regulatory obligations.

10 Changes to Terms

euwin reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the euwin website.

For significant changes, euwin will endeavour to notify users via their registered email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. It is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly.
